A neighbor behind your website.
I’m Jimmy Thomas. I’ve been building software for the web since 1993, and shipping under the Neon Ink banner since 2004, out of Mount Dora, Florida. The Charming Network brings that same craft to your business.

A simple, personal way of working.
Three decades in, the medium keeps changing and the instinct stays the same: make something useful, make it well, keep it running. I like long-lived projects. Some of mine have been live for almost twenty years.
I like to keep things straightforward. We talk about your business, agree on what’s useful, and stay in touch as the work takes shape. When you email, you get me.
Some of what I make is for myself — apps and games I ship and tend to for years. Some is for teams where the work is theirs and I just bring the hands. And now, more and more, it’s for small businesses here in Mount Dora and the Golden Triangle.
Make something useful. Make it well. Keep it running. We’re on this side of the counter, too.
Most of the work in our portfolio is our own — Mount Dora Charm, Mount Dora Rail, and a few tools we built and still tend. We also do the web work for local businesses like Ernst Financial Solutions and Two Brothers Detailing, which keeps us close to the questions, appointments, and little details that fill a small-business day.
A wide brush, a small workshop.
